Learn how to update your name, phone number, or email address from your Goodcover Member Dashboard and when additional review may be required.
Update your profile
- Sign in to your Goodcover Member Dashboard.
- Open Settings.
- Select Profile.
- Update your personal information and save your changes.
Changes that may require review
Some profile changes, including a name change, may require Goodcover approval. Goodcover may ask for additional information to confirm that a change to the named insured is not transferring the policy to another person.
Renters insurance is non-transferable. If you need to change the named insured to a different person, that person will need a new policy.
