A simpler Goodcover experience is on the way

A simpler experience

The Goodcover website is changing.

We’ve been rebuilding the experience from the ground up, with a simple goal: make it easier to understand your coverage, manage your policy, and take care of the things that brought you to Goodcover in the first place.

This is more than a visual refresh. It’s a new foundation shaped by three priorities: simplicity, consistency, and useful functionality.

Simpler by design

Insurance can come with a lot of information. The website shouldn’t make that information harder to navigate.

The new experience uses clearer layouts, more direct language, and fewer distractions. Whether you’re getting a quote, reviewing your coverage, or checking your next bill, the information you need should be easier to find and understand.

One consistent experience

Over time, different parts of a website can begin to feel like different websites. We wanted Goodcover to feel familiar wherever you are.

The quote process, Member Dashboard, policy pages, billing tools, and account settings now share the same design language and interaction patterns. Buttons behave consistently. Important information appears where you expect it. Moving from one task to another should feel natural.

Consistency may not be the flashiest feature, but it makes everything easier to use.

More ways to manage payments

Some of the most practical improvements are around billing and payments.

The updated experience brings payment information into clearer view. Depending on your policy and account, it will be easier to:

  • See upcoming bills and billing history
  • Review your saved payment method
  • Update a card or bank account
  • Pay an upcoming bill early when available
  • Make a one-time card payment
  • See clearer cost and payment details while purchasing or renewing coverage

These tools are designed to give members more visibility and make common payment tasks easier to complete without unnecessary back-and-forth.

Built to keep improving

A simpler and more consistent website is valuable on its own, but this project also gives us a better foundation for what comes next.

We’ll be able to improve existing tools, introduce new functionality, and respond more quickly to what members need—all while keeping the experience coherent and approachable.

You may notice the website changing as the new experience rolls out. The look will be sharper and the tools will be more capable, but the idea behind them is straightforward: insurance should be easier to manage.

We’re excited to put that idea into practice.

Easy insurance, zero hassle.
